Job summary

Paper Machinery Corporation is seeking an experienced Lathe Machinist to join our machine shop. You will set up and operate CNC lathes for high-precision parts, reading blueprints and applying GD&T to ensure tight tolerances.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in blueprint interpretation and capable of adjusting tooling offsets while performing routine maintenance. Experience with Okuma and Kokuma machines recommended; we value accuracy and reliability in a low-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC lathes.
• Conversational Programmer required.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and machining practices.
• Comfortable working in a low-volume, high-precision environment.
