PMC Works seeks a skilled Precision Machinist specializing in CNC Milling or Lathe work for a contract-to-hire role in Michigan. You will program, setup and operate CNC Mills or Lathes, read blueprints and GD&T, and produce high-precision parts to tight tolerances.

The position offers a path to permanent employment with a family-owned company, with 40-50 hours weekly and optional overtime on Saturdays.

Skilled Precision CNC Machinist - Mill or Lathe

Position Title: CNC Precision Machinist (Mill or Lathe Specialist)
Schedule: Full-Time | 40-50 hours per week | Monday-Friday
Overtime: Optional Saturdays available
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience in precision programming & machining

We have an open position for a skilled Precision Machinist specializing in either CNC Mill or CNC Lathe programming and machining. This individual will be responsible for programming, setup, and production of high-precision components while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.
