Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years warehousing or logistics experience in chemical/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Forklift or powered equipment license/certification preferred.
• Must lift 50 pounds and work at heights; respirator required; able to enter confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Monitor filtration, loading, and movement of latex products to tanks or trailers.
• Receive and ship raw materials; unload deliveries at the dock.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety procedures; support HES initiatives.
• Communicate daily loading activity and production needs; document in writing as needed.
• Operate computer for e-mail, training and other tasks; coordinate with control room.
• Perform daily/weekly checklists and inventory; participate in safety observations.
