Job Summary

We are seeking an associate in law school class years 2020 through 2023 to join our Technology Transactions practice. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on a broad base of commercial technology contracts, including data center agreements, supply agreements, logistics and distribution agreements and contract manufacturing agreements.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 – $390,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
