Senior Technology Transactions Associate

Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking a technology transactions & licensing associate for its Boston, New York, Denver or Washington, DC offices. JD class years 2018, 2019, and 2020, although other levels of experience will also be considered. The salary range for this position is between $370k to $415k.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of technology transactions and licensing experience.
• Ability to independently handle commercial and technology agreements, support more sophisticated licensing and strategic transactions
• Ability and desire to train junior attorneys.
