Salary and Benefits:

• Base pay: $9,859 top step
• Education Incentive: 6.75% (4.25% for a Bachelor's Degree and 2.5% for a Master's Degree)
• Longevity pay: 10% (at 10, 12, and 15 years of sworn POST service)
• POST Certificates: 9.85% (4.85% for Intermediate, 5% for Advanced)
• Fitness incentive: $27.50 per pay period
• Career Enhancement/Wellness Reimbursement: $1000 annually

Additional benefits include 80 hours of paid time off at hire and up to $2,477/month for family medical coverage.
