• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all phases of lateral partner recruiting with leadership.
• Develop proactive recruiting strategies to attract top partner talent.
• Liaise with external recruiters; manage communications and fee agreements.
• Schedule interviews and arrange on-site visits; ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain recruiting databases, reports, and process documentation with high accuracy.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
