Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP in Seattle is seeking a Lateral Intake Coordinator to join our team. The role supports lateral partners by opening their portable matters, organizing client data, and coordinating with the Conflicts, Intake, Contracts and Governance teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

You will draft initial engagement letters, track progress, and help move cases through data movement and workspace setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professional services.
• Strong understanding of client intake processes and data management.

Responsibilities

• Open and organize client data and matters in Intapp Intake for lateral partners.
• Prepare draft engagement letters and coordinate data with Conflicts and Intake teams.
• Track status of client openings and ensure smooth hand-offs to Practice Assistants.
• Collaborate with Conflicts, Business Intake, Client Contracts, Information Governance, and Lateral Integration teams.
• Support onboarding and ongoing data setup for new lateral clients.
