Neogen Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for Lateral Flow Chemistry Production in Lansing, MI. Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years leading manufacturing teams in regulated or GMP-like environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing execution for Lateral Flow operations across safety, quality and delivery.
• Lead Supervisors and Team Leads through prioritization and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to standard work, batch records and controlled processes.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain to address constraints and resolve issues.
• Drive KPI performance including scrap, rework, schedule adherence and labor efficiency.
• Support training effectiveness and onboarding for technical manufacturing roles.
• Identify operational risks early and lead corrective actions.
