Thurston County Sheriff's Office in Olympia, WA is seeking qualified lateral police officers. Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; U.S. citizen or eligible resident; pass background check, medical and psych exam, polygraph.
• CJTC-certified or equivalent law enforcement certification preferred; ability to obtain WA equivalency within 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol designated county areas by car, boat, or on foot; deter crime and respond to incidents.
• Conduct investigations, interviews, collect evidence, file reports, and pursue warrants.
• Operate safety equipment; escort/arrest suspects; testify in court as needed.
• Assist jail operations and provide general public safety services.
