1. An attorney ready to practice full-time
2. Focus in business and/or real estate
3. Licensed to practice law in Indiana and/or Minnesota
4. 3+ years of legal experience
5. Maintain client relationships generating at least $150k annually that would likely follow you to a new firm
6. High moral character, hardworking, and practical
7. Ability to manage a high volume of clients with exceptional organizational and time management skills
8. High level of initiative and foresight in completing projects
9. Exercise independent judgment and discretion
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills
