Qualifications

• JD licensed in Indiana or with intent to pass the Indiana Bar and become licensed in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Engage in estate planning for individuals and families.

• Draft wills, trusts, and related planning documents.
• Handle probate and trust administration.
• Provide guidance on wealth transfer and long-term planning.
