Job summary

A well-established legal firm in Indianapolis is seeking a Full-Time Attorney to manage a diverse litigation caseload. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Indiana Bar membership. The position requires 2-8 years of experience in real estate or business litigation, with strong research and courtroom skills. The firm offers a competitive salary of $100K-$150K plus benefits and is committed to supporting a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full litigation caseload from start to finish.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle mediations, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
• Provide hearing, trial, and appellate oral advocacy.
• Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients and colleagues.
