Taco Bell is seeking Crew Members to join our team for after-dinner and late-night shifts. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, friendliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced Taco Bell setting.

Shifts vary and may start as early as 4:00pm or later, with closing times up to midnight or 4am depending on location. Positions include Customer Service and Food/Kitchen Service Crew responsibilities with opportunities for advancement, paid training, and employee discounts.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and training materials
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Positive and friendly demeanor

Responsabilidades

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant and process payments
• Address and resolve guest inquiries in a timely manner and maintain guest satisfaction
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean area for guests and team members
• Work well with Delivery Partners and ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions, and prepare ingredients and menu items
