Taco Bell in the United States is seeking Crew Members who can work after dinner and late nights, with schedules that vary by location and may start as early as 4:00pm or later. The positions include both Customer Service and Food/Kitchen roles to keep guests satisfied and operations smooth.

The Customer Service Crew Member role focuses on greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and keeping the dining area welcoming and clean.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Positive and friendly demeanor with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately take orders and process payments.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work with Delivery Partners.
• Keep the facility clean by wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock products and workstations.
• Use ovens, fryers, grills and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean work environment through routine cleaning tasks.
