Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience preferred.
• Personable and outgoing demeanor.
• Strong customer service focus and guest-expectation mindset.
• Good communication, organizational and math skills.
• Must lift up to 40 lb.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with hospitality and take accurate orders.
• Prepare, bake, and package cookies, ice cream, and treats.
• Prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean and food-safe.
• Help the team keep the line moving and restock as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency.
• Deliver a memorable Insomnia experience.
