Insomnia Cookies in Buffalo, NY is seeking a part-time Cookie Crew Member to greet guests, bake cookies, and ensure warm, delicious orders. You’ll interact with customers at the counter and over the phone, manage in-store, pickup, and delivery orders, and maintain a clean, welcoming bakery environment.

The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and flexible scheduling to fit evenings and late nights. Prioritize safety and excellent guest experiences while growing with a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role.
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Customer service focused with a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Great communication, organizational and math skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and take their orders.
• Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies or helping a teammate.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
