Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Kansas is seeking a Cookie Crew Member who is part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero. You will welcome guests and help create the warm, memorable experience our fans crave.

Shift after shift, you’ll bake and package cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to our quality standards, run the register, prepare orders, and keep the bakery clean and food-safe for a fast-paced, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
