Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes or schools in Baltimore, MD. You will work under a BCBA to implement treatment plans and collect progress data.

The role supports families and teams to ensure client success, maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment during sessions and adhering to schedule flexibility including evenings and Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school


• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).


• Collect and document data on client progress.


• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.


• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $27/hour


• Part-Time: 18 hours/week


• Shifts: Evening 4:30pm-7:30pm and Saturday Flexible


• Location: Baltimore, MD 21229

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
