Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our caring team in Baltimore, MD. In this role you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home or school settings, following BCBA-designed plans and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22- $27/hour
• Full-Time: 15-20 hours/week
• Shifts: During School Year - Afternoons, Summer Time - flexible
• Location: Baltimore, MD 21212 and surrounding areas
