Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Hagerstown, MD. This part-time role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes or schools, following treatment plans created by a BCBA, and tracking progress with families and teammates.

Qualified candidates have or are willing to obtain RBT certification, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and can pass a background check. Reliable transportation and local travel are required.

Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Part-Time: 10-12hours/week
• Shifts: Weekday - 5:00pm - 7:30pm
  Weekend - 1:00pm Start Time
• Location: Hagerstown, MD 21742 and surrounding areas

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
