Job summary

Terra is seeking a detail-oriented Web Production Specialist to support the execution and maintenance of websites across client accounts. You will manage publishing with precision, ensure content is accurate, polished, and up to date.

You will collaborate with project managers, designers, developers, and SEO specialists in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. A dedicated budget for professional development accompanies this role.

Qualifications

fluent in English and comfortable communicating clearly in a global, remote work environment.
2+ years of experience in web production, content management, digital production, or a related role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
Proficient in WordPress and comfortable publishing, updating, and maintaining web content in CMS.
Detail-oriented and capable of spotting inconsistencies, errors, and UX improvement opportunities.
Proactive with ownership of work and able to manage projects with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple web production requests, deadlines, and priorities.
Effective communicating with project managers, designers, developers, SEO specialists, and other cross-functional partners.
Able to learn new tools, platforms, and processes quickly.
Experience authoring content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Understanding of SEO best practices and on-page optimization, metadata, links, and content structure.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.

Responsibilities

Own web production and content publishing across client accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date sites.
Upload, publish, and update web content across client websites with high accuracy.
Manage web production requests from intake through completion, staying organized and on schedule.
Review pages and content before publishing for formatting, links, images, and metadata accuracy.
Review content for SEO/AEO/GEO best practices before publishing.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, developers, SEO specialists, and internal teams to execute updates.
Troubleshoot production issues and proactively identify potential problems before going live.
Follow workflows, QA processes, and client-specific requirements for consistency.
Take ownership of assigned work and communicate timelines and blockers clearly.
Learn and work across different CMS and client environments, adapting quickly.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and publishing efficiency.
Stay current on web production, CMS, and SEO best practices.
