Job summary

JP Morgan's Latin America Private Bank seeks a Senior Client Service Associate to lead a team-focused, client-centered service model. You will be the primary contact for private banking client service needs, working with advisors, product partners and operations to deliver an integrated experience across all Private Banking products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client service experience.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates may apply but must obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions.
• Adhere to controls, policies and FINRA regulations to protect client assets.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal groups to deliver client transactions.
• Review and identify opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services.
