Monster Energy is seeking a LATAM Media Director to own and elevate the media vision across LATAM, leading strategy, execution, and optimization to fuel brand growth. You will drive high-impact media campaigns, mentor a high-performing team, and partner with cross-functional groups to build data-driven marketing ecosystems that amplify brand presence and deliver measurable impact across touchpoints.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
• 10+ years in Media/Digital/Advertising.
• 5+ years in team leadership.
• Experience with media management platforms, buying/trafficking & analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement media strategies across MEC brands in LATAM.
• Lead a high-performing Digital Media team with clear growth plans.
• Manage agencies, platforms and vendor relationships; negotiate scopes.
• Stay ahead of digital media trends and maintain strong external partnerships.
