Monster Energy is seeking a senior content leader to drive creative development, localization, and distribution for a global team. You will oversee end-to-end content workflows, rights, and approvals while coordinating with Sports Marketing, Brand, Creative, Digital, and PR to ensure timely, cohesive campaigns across multiple time zones.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in content creation and digital intake management, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in content creation and project execution.
• 5+ years of experience in digital intake/content management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Lead creative development, content creation, localization, and distribution for a global team.
• Oversee content workflows, rights, approvals, and multi-stakeholder alignment to ensure timely execution.
• Serve as a liaison across Sports Marketing, Brand, Creative, Digital and PR to maintain cohesive content delivery.
