Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a LATAM Head of Liquidity & Accounts Product Solutions to lead end-to-end growth, strategy, and delivery for corporate and non-bank clients in Latin America. You will define regional blueprints, commercial plans, and partner with Sales, Product, and Corporate Bank to strengthen leadership in liquidity and accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in liquidity management and payment solutions, including leadership and client-facing roles across LATAM.
• Deep structuring expertise and regulatory literacy, including third-party money considerations and intercompany or merchant settlement flows.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and technological advancements, including virtual accounts, blockchain, and data-driven solutions, with impact in LATAM.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management in large, cross-functional organizations, delivering revenue and platform outcomes in regulated environments.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, able to engage at the C-suite level and at regional scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional penetration and commercialization strategy, set growth objectives, and drive adoption, revenue, and wallet share.
• Lead the LATAM specialist team, establish coverage models, and deliver balance and revenue plans by sector and country cluster.
• Partner with corporate bankers and Payments Sales to expand liquidity wallet share across regions.
• Sponsor priority client engagements, shape global RFPs and C-suite pitches, and design compliant account architectures for automated funding and settlements.
• Apply liquidity structuring expertise and regulatory knowledge to influence the product roadmap using voice of customer, data, and digital trends.
• Lead regulatory readiness and risk management, embedding controls across jurisdictions with audit readiness in mind.
• Boost market presence through events, webinars, and industry engagement while monitoring competition and regulation.
