Job summary

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking seeks an experienced Originator to join the Infrastructure Finance team. You will drive origination, execution, and syndication of debt financing across loan, private placement, and debt capital markets with a regional Americas footprint and Latam emphasis.

The role requires 7+ years in infrastructure financing/advisory, MBA or equivalent, and fluency in Spanish (Portuguese a plus) with Series licenses.

Qualifications

• MBA or comparable graduate degree with 7+ years infra financing/advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years infra financing and advisory.
• Proven ability to build and audit complex financial models for infrastructure assets.
• Professional fluency in Spanish; Portuguese a plus; licensing (Series 7/79/63) is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive origination and business development across the Americas, expanding Natixis's regional footprint.
• Lead transaction execution for lending and advisory mandates with a Latam focus.
• Direct due diligence and coordinate external advisors for seamless deliverables.
• Support syndication and distribution with international investors.
• Oversee financial modeling quality and integrity by senior analysts.
• Prepare and present high-quality internal memoranda and investment committee materials.
• Mentor junior analysts and associates within Infrastructure Finance.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to capture cross-selling opportunities and strengthen market presence.
• Represent Natixis at industry conferences and build external networks.
