Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a backend-focused software engineer to own integrations between our seed-stage AI-powered B2B SaaS platform and customers' enterprise systems. This role blends backend engineering with customer discovery to connect complex wholesale and supply chain workflows.

You will work hybrid in Los Angeles and LATAM-friendly hours, meet customers to map data, design data models, and build event-driven pipelines using TypeScript and React when needed.

Qualifications

• Six to seven years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with React.
• Experience connecting enterprise software using APIs, data mapping, EDI, middleware, ETL, or related integration technologies.
• Experience owning end-to-end data integrations across multiple customer systems, including data modeling and mapping.
• Background in an early-stage startup or another high-ownership, ambiguous environment.
• Based in LATAM, able to work with LATAM time zones, and comfortable collaborating directly with non-technical customers.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $7,000 to $10,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
