Job summary

Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking an Analyst for the Export & Agency Finance team. This role involves supporting EAF transactions with a focus on Latin America and Multilateral Agencies. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields and 1–4 years of relevant experience in structured finance.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $135,000 annually. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills and professional fluency in Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in structured finance, export finance, project finance, or corporate banking.
• Familiarity with ECA and/or Multilateral Agency financing structures preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in a cross-border, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the origination, structuring, and execution of EAF transactions.
• Assist in transactions end-to-end, from initial pitch through closing.
• Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow analysis.
