It’s a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference.If you are interested in exploring the possibilities **We Want to Talk to You!****The Difference You Make:****Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB)** is looking for an **Analyst** to join the **Export & Agency Finance (EAF) team in the US**, with a primary focus on **Latin America and Multilateral Agencies (MLAs)**.This role offers exposure to complex international transactions across LatAm markets, working closely with clients, multilaterals, and internal teams globally.**Key Responsibilities*** Support the **origination, structuring, and execution** of EAF transactions, with a focus on **Latin America and MLA-backed financings** (e.g., IDB, IFC, CAF).* Assist in transactions **end-to-end**, from initial pitch through closing, including preparation of presentations, term sheets, and credit materials.* Build and maintain **financial models**, including cash flow analysis and profitability metrics.* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Coverage, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Markets, Syndication) across multiple geographies.* Support client relationship management, including **preparing pitchbooks and participating in client meetings**, particularly in LatAm markets.* Contribute to **credit approval processes**, due diligence, and transaction documentation.* Monitor portfolio performance and stay up to date on **market trends, MLAs, ECAs, and geopolitical developments** impacting the region.**What You Bring:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
