Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Security Researcher to join the Counter Adversary Operations Team. You will gather Latam-language eCrime actor intel from diverse sources, including dark web environments, and provide insights for finished intelligence products used by customers.

The role requires OSINT proficiency, knowledge of Latam-language actors, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver timely threat assessments under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting OSINT investigations using Latam-language skills.
• Ability to navigate diverse cyber threat actor environments including social media, forums and dark web.
• Familiarity with eCrime groups and related terminology, tools, and tactics.
• Proven use of AI to enhance decision making and efficiency.
• Strong teamwork, self-motivation, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect actionable information on Latam-language eCrime actors to fulfill requirements.
• Follow up on leads and identify threat actors across online communities using OSINT tradecraft.
• Identify current and emerging threats and trends related to Latam-language actors.
• Collaborate with analysts to produce reports and threat estimates.
• Apply secure, operational tradecraft methods in daily work.
