Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Director, B2B Acceptance – LAC, to lead regional strategy and execution for accelerating commercial payment acceptance across the ecosystem from Miami. The role focuses on unlocking new card-based payment flows and working capital optimization within AR environments.

You will collaborate with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and corporate clients to drive growth, develop compelling value propositions, and deliver measurable impact across LAC.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in B2B payments, merchant acquiring, working capital solutions, or business development.
• Proven track record delivering commercial payment volume growth and executing complex deals.
• Strong experience with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and corporate clients in B2B environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable, collections, or invoice-based payment flows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional B2B Acceptance strategy to remove barriers to growth.
• Identify and scale new payment flows, especially invoice-based environments.
• Drive acceptance growth through issuer, acquirer, and fintech partnerships.
• Originate and execute strategic deals that unlock incremental acceptance and expand product portfolios.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive adoption beyond traditional payments teams.
