Job summary

Amazon Last Mile is seeking a candidate to identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions for the last mile delivery network. You will lead data-driven initiatives from concept to execution, building labor planning models and analytics to improve efficiency.

You will also design reporting and dashboards, partner with labor and workforce teams, and drive data-driven insights to shape long-term strategy for the network in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 1+ years of supply chain experience.
• Lean principles and DMAIC methodology preferred.
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic labor planning models and manage labor/scheduling resources.
• Create analytics and data pipelines for optimization and predictive insights.
• Communicate capacity needs to leaders and coordinate with labor planners.
• Integrate labor planning with staffing partners and execute labor orders.
• Dive into escalations related to labor scheduling with cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement reporting solutions for business decision making.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to reveal key business conclusions.
• Support testing and validation of new initiatives to improve outcomes.
