Qualifications

• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Fluent English speaking, writing and reading.
• 40 hours/week with overtime as required, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute routing and planning for up to 6 assigned stations and tens of thousands of packages.
• Focus on cost, customer experience, and delivery partner experience using data-driven decisions.
• Develop best practices and standard work for the network.
• Collaborate with station teams to scale processes and overcome technical limits.
