Job summary

RXO, a leading transportation solutions provider, seeks a Supervisor, Last Mile Operations in Virginia to lead a team, assign work and manage performance. You will ensure safe handling of equipment, maintain inventory, and drive on-time delivery while coaching associates for peak productivity.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
Minimum 5 years logistics/transportation experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong math skills and analytical ability.
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Assign work activities and monitor group activities.
Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures and housekeeping; guide team.
Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies.
Oversee equipment usage and ensure safety procedures.
Manage inventory and perform merchandise reconciliation.
Address substandard performance to maximize productivity.
