Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Last Mile Launch Manager to drive end-to-end operational readiness for new launch sites and orchestrate cross-functional launch activities to ensure Day 1 operations.

You will own launch playbooks, develop customized readiness plans, and track milestones across operations, technology, HR, and training teams to validate systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Valid and active driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Executing comprehensive launch playbooks and readiness plans, coordinating with multiple stakeholder teams across Operations, Technology, HR, and Training departments to ensure Day 1 success.
• Leading site readiness assessments and validation protocols, identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
• Developing and standardizing launch processes, documentation, and quality control measures while establishing best practices for successful site operations across the network.
• Managing multiple concurrent site launches, effectively tracking progress against critical milestones and communicating operational readiness to leadership through clear, actionable metrics.
• Partnering with operations teams to optimize launch procedures and training protocols while ensuring comprehensive testing and validation of all operational systems prior to launch.
