Job summary

Ultra Care Logistics LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Dispatcher to work closely with Delivery Associates and the dispatch manager. The role involves coordinating operations, printing route lists, and facilitating load out, with shifts ranging from 9:30am start and 3pm-10pm, seven days a week.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of dispatching experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with the Amazon delivery process.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Dispatching experience (At least 1 year).
• Great communication skills.
• Prior experience as an Amazon DSP Dispatcher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations and support delivery associates to ensure timely route completion.
• Print Daily Route Lists and provide to Delivery Associates.
• Facilitate Load Out where drivers load their vehicles.
• Monitor driver progress to meet delivery goals.
• Communicate with drivers regarding on-road issues.
• Manage inbound and outbound communication with last mile drivers.
• Document communications and interactions with customers.
