Job summary

FIDELITONE in Bensenville, IL is seeking an Independent Contractor Recruiter - Last Mile to build and manage a network of qualified ICs. You will coordinate with General Managers to monitor performance and drive growth, while ensuring compliance with DOT and other requirements.

Responsibilities include recruiting ICs in specified markets, conducting audits, supporting IC onboarding, and providing rates for business development opportunities. 5+ years in logistics or delivery services preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and maintain rapport with ICs and internal teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Understanding of P&L and sales profitability is important.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and sign up independent contractors (ICs) in targeted markets.
• Coordinate IC audits and paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain relationships between ICs and location Managers.
• Provide IC rates for business development opportunities.
