Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician per state requirements.
• Experience in lash extensions, skin treatments and hair styling.
• Strong client service and up-selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extensions with precise technique and client satisfaction.
• Deliver esthetic treatments such as peels, dermal services, and laser therapies.
• Provide hair styling, extensions, threading, and other services.
• Conduct waxing, makeup, nails, and skincare education for clients.
• Educate clients on routines, demos, and aftercare; promote products.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout procedures.
• Manage client communications, bookings, and salon software usage.
• Assist front desk with guest services and social media tasks.
