We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree in welding, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering, hands-on laser welding experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in welding, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering required.
• Knowledge of weld metallurgy and joint design.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Hands-on experience with laser welding systems in a production setting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize laser welding processes for production parts.
• Set weld parameters and document process settings.
• Run trials and evaluate weld quality through testing.
• Troubleshoot weld defects and root causes on the line.
• Support fixture and tooling design for laser weld applications.
• Train operators and technicians on weld procedures.
• Maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Coordinate with quality and production teams on continuous improvement.
