Job summary

Witzenmann Group is seeking a Weld Engineer to develop, optimize, and support welding processes for high‑quality制造 operations in Troy, MI. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, support new product launches, and supervise welding activities with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and global partners.

The role requires expert knowledge of GMAW, GTAW, laser and plasma welding, as well as experience with robotic welding and stainless steel applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with MIG, TIG, laser and plasma welding.
• Experience with robotic welding applications.
• Strong knowledge of stainless steel welding.
• Ability to train and mentor technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Welding process development and optimization.
