Job summary

WonderWorks is hiring Laser Tag Attendants to create memorable experiences for guests. You will host laser tag battles, take cafe orders, assist with arcade games, and award prizes while maintaining a positive and efficient environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work any shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying weather.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in themed entertainment is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain laser tag rules and safety.
• Guide guests through gameplay and demonstrate equipment usage.
• Assist guests with arcade games and prize counter.
• Take and fulfill cafe orders; operate POS for guest purchases.
• Stock beverages, maintain cleanliness, and support other duties.
