Job summary

WonderWorks in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking Laser Tag Attendants to create wonderful experiences for guests by leading laser tag battles, taking cafe orders, and assisting with arcade games. You will engage with guests, explain game rules, and ensure a friendly, efficient environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to stand for long periods, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and seasons. Prior themed entertainment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide positive interactions in laser tag and cafe areas.

• Take and fulfill orders at the cafe and operate POS.
• Keep seating areas clean and stock supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Laser Tag Attendants

Our Laser Tag Attendants create WONDERful experiences for our guests by hosting thrilling laser tag battles, taking orders at the register in our Cafe, preparing and fulfilling orders for guests in a friendly and efficient manner, assisting with arcade gameplay, and awarding arcade prizes to winners.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact positively with all guests that enter the laser tag & café area
• Act as a guide to the Laser Tag facility by explaining how the games work and the safety rules, demonstrating the function of the Laser Tag vest and gun, and preparing the guests for playtime
• Courteously respond to guest inquiries and comments by providing timely and accurate information about Laser Tag, arcade games, and other basement amenities
• Assist guests with arcade games
• Maintain the arcade prize counter for ticket redemption, ensuring redemption items remain stocked and organized
• Take and prepare orders for guests in a high‑volume environment
• Operate point‑of‑sale system to process guest orders
• Stock food and beverages according to FIFO methods and health code
• Ensure all tables and seating areas are clean and the condiment area is stocked
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous themed entertainment experience is preferred
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
