Job summary

WonderWorks is seeking Laser Tag Attendants to deliver engaging experiences in our immersive indoor amusement park in the Pigeon Forge area. You will host laser tag battles, operate the cafe register, fulfill orders, assist with arcade games, and help award prizes with a friendly, high-energy approach.

Ideal candidates bring excellent communication and customer service skills, enjoy dynamic guest interactions, and can lift up to 50 pounds while standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior themed entertainment experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact positively with all guests that enter the laser tag & café area.
• Explain games and safety rules, demonstrate vest/gun, prepare guests for playtime.
• Respond to guest inquiries about Laser Tag, arcade games, and other amenities.
• Assist guests with arcade games.
• Maintain arcade prize counter and ticket redemption stock.
• Take and prepare orders for guests in a high-volume environment.
• Operate point-of-sale system to process guest orders.
• Stock food and beverages according to FIFO and health code.
• Ensure tables/seating areas are clean and condiment area is stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
