Job summary

WonderWorks Attraction in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking Facilities Attendants to keep the upside-down building looking pristine for guests. You will clean public areas, restrooms, exhibits, bubble lab, and support daily operations to ensure a safe, welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of all public areas including laser tag, café, lobby, etc.
• Maintain the appearance of bathrooms by cleaning floors, wiping counters, stocking toilet paper & paper towels, etc.
• Maintain the appearance of exhibits floor and respond to housekeeping needs.
• Assist in cleaning bubble lab and other areas as needed.
• Clean and dump all trash receptacles as needed throughout the day.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

WonderWorks is an indoor amusement park that combines education and entertainment with more than 100 hands-on exhibits that challenge the mind and spark the imagination.

(Location) is looking for a Facilities Attendant to join our team! Our Facilities Attendants maintain the WONDERful appearance and cleanliness of our upside-down building, including exhibits, restrooms, café, and other attraction areas, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the appearance of all public areas including laser tag, café, lobby, etc
• Maintain the appearance of bathrooms by cleaning floors, wiping counters, stocking toilet paper & paper towels, etc
• Maintain the appearance of exhibits floor and respond to any housekeeping emergencies
• Assist in cleaning bubble lab throughout the day as needed including but not limited to vats, floors, walls, mats, etc
• Clean and dump all trash receptacles as needed throughout the day
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Observational skills to ensure safe practices and cleanliness of areas
• Ability to work independently and complete all assigned tasks
• Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous custodial experience preferred
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the work area
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
