Workstream is seeking a Laser Tag Arena Team Member in California for a part-time role. You’ll welcome guests, help with registration, fit equipment, explain game rules, start games, and maintain a high-energy, safe environment.

You'll assist with birthday parties and events, work as part of a team, and enjoy flexible hours in a fun, fast-paced setting. Paid training is provided and no experience is required.

Qualifications

• Able to brief groups and explain game rules.
• No experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Check in players and assist with registration.
• Help guests fit laser tag vests and equipment.
• Explain rules, safety procedures, and gameplay clearly.
• Start and monitor games to ensure safety and excitement.
• Maintain a fun, high-energy atmosphere for all ages.
• Answer questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep arena, lobby, and equipment clean and ready for play.
• Assist with birthday parties, group events, and specials.
• Work as part of a team to ensure guests leave satisfied.
