Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers.
• Answer phones and help guests with questions.
• Help customers book laser tag sessions, birthday parties, and events.
• Handle basic payments and front desk transactions.
• Help organize groups before their games.
• Assist with birthday parties and large groups.
• Keep the front desk and customer areas clean and organized.
• Work with the rest of the Battle House team to keep everything running smoothly.
