Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with laser systems, optical fibers, sensors, and prototype medical devices in a research and development laboratory environment.
• Operate advanced medical laser systems for product development and verification testing.
• Independently execute approved test protocols and document results to support engineering decisions and product development milestones.
• Assist in developing and executing test methods, including test process and product specifications.
• Operate various laboratory equipment according to specific instructions.
• Properly maintain data and accurately enter in digital formats as required.
• Order laboratory supplies as needed.
• Monitor laboratory calibration status as needed.
• Interpret graphs, charts, and tables
• Comply with business and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to FDA regulations (21CFR Part 820, GMP).
