Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential

• Prior experience with complex, technical equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with laser systems, optical fibers, sensors, and prototype devices in a research lab
• Operate advanced medical laser systems for product development and verification testing
• Independently execute approved test protocols and document results for engineering decisions
• Assist in developing and executing test methods, including process specifications
• Operate laboratory equipment per instructions and maintain data in digital formats
• Order supplies and monitor calibration status; interpret graphs and charts
• Adhere to safety policies and FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 820, GMP)
