Job summary

NPX Medical is seeking a Laser Operator to manufacture laser-processed medical devices. The role runs laser equipment, performs post-processing, and ensures product quality through inspection and measurements.

You will work with Laser Technicians, QA, and engineering to meet fast turnaround times, follow procedures, and document results. High school diploma and 2 years in medical device manufacturing preferred; laser experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
• Laser processing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser – start machine and reload material.
• Post-process metal and plastic products; hone and clean.
• Inspect product under a microscope and using micrometers, calipers, and vision scopes.
• Perform basic math and maintain documentation of results.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
